REI Unlock has three plans. Every plan has a monthly price and a one-time setup fee. The setup fee is charged once, at the start. It is never a monthly charge.

Essentials - $99/month, $179 setup

The full CRM, the power dialer, automated nurture campaigns and funnels. This is the lowest-priced plan.

Essentials does not include the Ai messaging features or Ai voice calling.

Professional - $299/month, $349 setup

Everything in Essentials, plus the Ai text, chat, automation and content suite:

  • Ai SMS
  • Ai iMessage
  • Ai social
  • Ai webchat

Professional does not include Ai voice calling. Ai voice calling cannot be added to Professional at any price. If you want AI to answer or place phone calls, you need Platinum.

Platinum - $449/month, $499 setup

Everything in Professional, plus:

  • Ai voice callers, inbound
  • Ai voice callers, outbound
  • Facebook ads launcher

Platinum is the only plan with Ai voice calling.

Which plan do I need?

  • You want a CRM and a dialer your team works out of: Essentials, $99/month.
  • You want AI handling text, chat, social and webchat conversations: Professional, $299/month.
  • You want AI answering your phone or making calls for you: Platinum, $449/month. This is the only plan that does it.

When the plan price is not the whole price

The three plans above cover standard accounts. Some accounts need more than that, and those are quoted individually rather than off this table:

  • Custom builds. Bespoke workflows, custom automations, integrations with tools outside the platform, or anything built specifically for one business carries its own build fee.
  • Accounts that need more management. Higher volume, multiple locations or brands, larger teams, or ongoing hands-on support can mean a higher subscription than the standard tier.
  • Bundled engagements. REI Unlock is sometimes included as part of a wider Unlock with Ai engagement, which is priced as a whole rather than per plan.

If someone asks about any of these, the honest answer is that it depends on scope and the team will put a number together. Do not quote a figure for custom work, and do not promise that a standard plan price will cover it.

Billing

  • The setup fee is a one-time charge. Never read a setup fee as a monthly price.
  • Yearly billing saves roughly two to three months compared to paying month to month.
  • Phone, SMS and email usage charges are separate from the plan price and are billed on usage.
  • Custom build fees and higher-management subscriptions are separate again, and are quoted per account.

Can you build something custom for us?
